Membership Director Melissa Beck Debuts Chamber 101 With New Businesses Eager to Learn About The Chamber
The debut of the new Chamber 101 lunch series kicked off with a bang! The First National Bank and Trust Board Room was full, new connections were made, and new chamber memberships were born. Eighteen attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch from Jimmy John’s Sandwiches while watching a slideshow presentation about the Chamber. The presentation was given by Membership Director, Melissa Beck. Chairman Albert Johnson Jr. provided the introduction. Next was a question and answer session and overview of the benefits of chamber membership and how to work with the Chamber to promote financial growth. A guided tour of the building and introductions to Chamber staff followed. Many participants lingered after for networking. A good time was had by all!
This lunch series will take place on the first Tuesday of every month and is intended for new and prospective members to learn what the Chamber is and how it can help their business succeed, but it is also open to other Chamber members and members of the community. The event is by invitation only. Please contact Chamber Membership Director, Melissa Beck, if you or someone you know would like to attend at 580-355-3541, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
