Matthew Tranquill
President and CEO
As President and CEO of the Chamber and Convention & Visitors Bureau, Matt leads the vision, strategy, and partnerships that help grow our local economy and support every member. He works directly with business leaders, city officials, Fort Sill, FISTA, and regional partners to create opportunities, remove roadblocks, and promote Lawton as a place to live, work, visit, and invest. His role is to make sure the Chamber is working for you, helping members succeed, feel supported, and be part of something bigger. Whether it’s advocating for pro-business policies, launching new programs, or strengthening tourism, Matt is focused on building a Chamber that delivers results for the entire Lawton Fort Sill community.
Jamie Southerland
Vice President and COO
As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Jamie provides executive leadership that ensures the Chamber delivers on its mission every day. She oversees board governance processes, maintains compliance with city requirements, and manages financial accountability. Jamie also leads internal operations, streamlines systems, and ensures projects are executed with efficiency and transparency. Serving as second-in-command, she represents the President when he is unavailable and provides steady leadership to the team. Her focus on excellence and organizational integrity ensures members, partners, and the community experience a professional and impactful Chamber.
Natasha Klugmann
Director of CVB
As Director of the Convention & Visitors Bureau, Natasha works every day to bring people to Lawton for conferences, sports, tourism, and special events. Her efforts put “heads in beds” at our hotels, fill local restaurants, and drive visitors to shop, explore, and experience our community. For members, this means more customers, more exposure, and more opportunities for growth. By showcasing Lawton as a destination of choice, Natasha helps create a stronger local economy that benefits every business in our area.
Valerie Sanchez
Community Engagement Coordinator
As Community Engagement Coordinator for the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce, Valerie works every day to strengthen relationships between the Chamber, local businesses, and the community. She coordinates outreach efforts, supports Chamber events, and helps connect members with valuable networking and promotional opportunities. Valerie is dedicated to fostering collaboration, encouraging community involvement, and creating meaningful experiences that showcase the strength of Lawton-Fort Sill. As the Convention & Visitors Bureau Coordinator, Courtney plays a key role alongside Natasha in positioning Lawton Fort Sill as a must-visit destination for conferences, sporting events, tourism, and special events. Together, their dynamic efforts generate real momentum—driving hotel stays, boosting local dining and retail traffic, and showcasing the unique experiences our community offers.

CVB Special Projects Manager
Sam is our Special Projects Manager, where he is leading the development of a new family-friendly amusement park for the Lawton-Fort Sill community. With a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences, Sam is dedicated to bringing a place where families can gather, play, and make lasting memories.
